Preregistration is highly recommended. We offer 20% discount to participants pre-registered until 30 September 2025. Register as soon as possible if you consider coming! This will help us to properly plan the program and keep the cost as low as we can. Note that the payment can be made later (while discount holds).

Early bird registration fee: 180 EUR (students: 125 EUR)
Full registration fee: 250 EUR (students: 175 EUR)
Registration includes free access to all talks, poster presentation, and meals and drinks during coffee breaks. Depending on the number of participants, we hope to have also social dinner included in the fee.
Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are refundable until 15 December 2025 (minus charged banks fees) and 9 January 2025 (50% of the paid registration fee).
